no issues went for the shrimp that was on sale ended up getting three bags because it was a good price of 2.99

Friendly staff.They all say hello with a smile. Makes me feel at home. When I have had a lost look on my face the staff notices, come up to me and ask if they can help me. The young men in the parking lot getting the carts always say hello to me. Oh yes sometimes they have young ladies.I really enjoy going to Hy-Vee s. The Pharmacist are very helpful with any questions I may have.I get all my prescriptions from HyVee. They delivery. And the delivery people are the friendliest of all the delivery people I have had deliver to me. I feel like asking them to come and have a seat and have a cuppa coffee.Oh yes I must mention the free samples. Yum, I always go back for seconds 😋.

I LOVE Hy-Vee!!! They have the best produce and meat. They're more expensive than other stores, but you get what you pay for.

It's clean and produce is great for the most part just issues with keeping stock sometimes. Love the store

Brought 2 watermelons from there Sunday before Memorial Day, they had on sale. Cut them open and had to throw away. They were tough and horrible.

Slightly larger store than most Hy-Vee's and good selection at slightly higher-than-average prices. I really only come here for meat and specials as needed as I always spend more for less at this grocery store chain. Their meat is among some of the best selections of any other grocery store without going to a private butcher. I'd come here more if their prices were more in line with their competition, but I can get food delivered cheaper than I can actually driving and taking the time to come to this Kansas City-based chain.

Like all Hy-Vees everywhere, this one has a huge selection of grocery items and an excellent produce dept. but everything is overpriced. It's also annoying that they have lost sight of the fact that they are A GROCERY STORE, not a bank, deli, restaurant, florist, Starbucks, or a liquor store.

The minute clinic at Hy-Vee is great and convenient and their pharmacy is very friendly

Love Hyvee stores. Convenient shopping. Love the Meat Market. Love the availability of the postal service at the Customer Service Desk and have never had one rude employee at any of the stores or has facilities I have been to in many different states I have visited.

I LOVE this place it serves me all I need. Best part about it is it is free! You can take what ever you want and just leave. It is great how chatitable the people at Hyvee are. I got some gum.

Raytown Hy-vee is an overall great place to shop. I shop here regularly and I have never had an issue.

Very good grocery store. Clean and polite. If I don't get it from Costco, I get it from Hy-Vee. Decent cheap breakfast. Nice health food section. Probably best selection in Baytown.

Store was fine. Parking lot is always awful. Need to have lanes for cars, lanes for trucks. Never know what's coming down when two big trucks park om either side of your car. Just have to pray any one coming down the lane is watching and well yield. They don't always which is why I'll drive the extra miles to Apple Market or Lees Summit Price Chopper.

I love this store. Recent company decisions make me question whether I will continue to shop Hy-Vee.

The Hy-Vee' in Raytown is one of the better groceries in the area. The store is always clean and well maintained. The store personnel are courtious and always willing to help.

I was looking for Chiefs shirts. They had several to choose from, but I wanted to look at some other stores as well.

I'd recommend this location for both the grocery store and the restaurant. It's open 24 hours, great selection, the store is clean, associates are always helpful, and the menu in the restaurant is excellent.

I can get Lactaid Ice Cream and The Call paper. Very clean store!!

Very unhappy with the decision to close the store at Midnight which started 02\10\2020.Not everyone lives a 9-5 life. There is a large number of 2nd & 3rd shift workers in the area and you are now forcing us to do business elsewhere.I know many of my coworkers stopped at this store on the way home due to its convenient location, now they will spend their money in their own neighborhoods due to the time change.I also worry about how this decision will impact the night stock employees. They are wonderful people & I worry that this will affect their hours & ability to provide for their families.Please reconsider staying open later, perhaps closing at 2am instead of midnight or bring back being open 24 hours.

Manager Julie is really unprofessional and rude. I have been going there for many years and have never had a problem at the store until just recently. The way she treats her employees and acts when she is overwhelmed by a customer is clear indicator she should be fired and barred from all costumer oriented jobs and management positions

The cakes are the best. I hate when you order your cake you have to pay for it that day. The price is high for there cakes cause they are SO SO plan but oh so good.

The best grocery store EVER! Not only can you get groceries but there are multiple places to order some food to eat then and there or take home.

My favorite grocery shopping stores in KC. Unless I'm bulk shopping. Clean. Friendly. Fresh produce and proteins. Chinese food counter is good with decent prices.

Hyvee catering is delicious. I have had breakfast catered in and lunch the herb bake chicken, special potatoes and green beans. No matter what I have ordered everything has been beyond delicious. The customer service is great Sam and Neil are excellent to work with.

I almost always find what I am looking for. I don’t care for any Hy-vee pharmacy but as far as this stores food and selection is concerned it is pleasing.

Good location relative to my house, the employees are nice, other than that it's a pretty standard Hy-vee. **This location is my only experience using Hy-vee aisles online (online grocery ordering) and doordash to get groceries. I've had a lot of bad experiences with using aisles online (missing items, up to 20 dollars worth, or doordash claiming it delivered groceries when it didn't), so I can't really recommend aisles online in its current state. Though, for Hy-vee's credit, a simple phone call was all it took to get these issues addressed, I just wish that there was more quality control to prevent this in the first place.**That being said, this is a good store to GO into and buy groceries yourself. Hy-vee has been my grocery store of choice for years now.

Love that it's open 24 hours and we really like the Hy-Vee store brand products.

I had 4 seizures at work. Went in the next day. They told me to take the next 2 days off and I would still have my job my health was far more important. What a amazing company to work for.

There were a couple of attentive workers in the store, then there was an experience where I had to interrupt a personal conversation to ask for help. Remind the employees to be on alert at all times.

Catering has a good selection but I could not get anyone to call me back to deliver. It didn’t allow me to choose delivery at checkout. I called 4 times with an order 3 business days prior to a funeral reception. I will need to leave in the middle of a funeral for an immediate family member to pick up. I have to call this morning to make sure we have food since I didn’t receive a confirmation on a pre-paid order.

I shop here all the time, great service, great selection, their in-store restaurant and also chinese takeout thing are both great, and the prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of food they sell. They also sell Shatto milk, which is a pretty local thing and is absolutely delicious.
